                            <p>ICT refers to technologies that provide access to information through telecommunications. It is similar to Information Technology (IT), but focuses primarily on communication technologies. This includes the Internet, wireless networks, cell phones, and other communication mediums.</p>

                            <p>It was not until later on in my teaching career that the term Information and Communication Technology (ICT) materialised before me and opened my eyes to what this meant in education. The term ICT simplified means any technology that has to do with information and communication.</p>

                            <p>Information and Communications Technology (ICT) study is now very much popular in developing countries like Bangladesh. From this point of view, the Government of Bangladesh included ICT course in the syllabus of class six to Higher Secondary Class (HSC). We hope that ICT course for HSC level will increase students’ IT knowledge and will motivate them to do practical works on that.</p>
